Mamoru
A quiet boy who has a lot on his mind. He saves his quips and sassy remarks for people he dislikes or his brother. He is cool and collected, and is rarely angry. He rarely smiles as well, but either Sarasa or his brother can usually get a smile out of him. At the store, he doesn't greet people. Instead, he silently hands them a flower, one that he has specially picked out for them. Usually, that tempts them into buying some. Among the people that visit the store, Mamoru is more popular with the younger crowd.
Masato
He is athletic and sunny, a leader amongst his classmates and very fun to be around. He is quite childish, and pouts and sulks easily in front of others. But that is what they like about him. He is forward and straight, and says what he thinks. He deeply admires his brother, for he thinks his brother is really cool. At the store, he is more popular with the housewives and office ladies. He brings out the mother in them Masato is the crowd pleaser, the class clown and the most popular guy in his class. But with the girl he likes, he doesn't know what to say.

H I S T O R Y
Masato and Mamoru grew up living beside Sarasa. Their parents were friends with Sarasa's parents, and so they often hung out together. They even went to the same middle school as her. They grew up loving her as a sister, and then it grew to something more, but they are as clueless as the object of their affections. Their mother ran a flower store in the Kitamori district, but then had to move to the Higashimori shopping district. At first they were dismayed, for they would have to move as well. Then Sarasa went and enrolled in Higashimori, and so they decided to help out at the store in order to see her more often.
